You deserve the best version of you
Your Way, Your Wellness is a trusted provider based in Geelong, offering mental health and psychosocial disability support for people living with psychosocial disabilities across Victoria.
We proudly support participants in Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, the Surf Coast, Werribee, and surrounding regions, and we’re always happy to discuss how we can assist if you’re outside these areas.
Our services include daily living support, meal preparation, community participation, home care, appointment support, and emotional wellbeing. We provide kind, reliable, participant-led support that promotes independence, dignity, and connection.
A different approach
Support isn't about doing things for you. It's about walking alongside you, at your pace, in a way that feels like yours. What that looks like will shift over time, and that's exactly how it should be.
Supports that work with you
Everyday life, made lighter
Someone in your corner
Practical help so your space feels calm, safe and manageable.
Steady support with the things that pile up.
Consistent care for the days that ask more of you
-
Cleaning, laundry and home organisation
-
Meal planning, shopping and cooking
-
Confidence and routine around food and nutrition
-
Transport to and from appointments
-
Reminders and gentle prompts
-
Making sense of what's been said and what comes next
-
Someone who listens, without rushing you
-
Practical strategies for harder days
-
Wellbeing and confidence, built slowly
